If you can, then get out of this country, there is nothing left here. Every other country has handled inflation and cost of living better than the U.K. Move if you can is my recommendation. Taxes are unjust here, can’t get a doctors appointment – your money is not being spent correctly. Oh not to mention ULEZ. Rip off Britian ! You will save much more and have a better quality of life elsewhere – do your research. The problem is these numpties sitting in the house of parliament and HMRC don’t realise how they are running this once great country. People are leaving in herds.

It is unfair. As an employee to earn what I do, I could be on a salary 10’s of £000’s less than my gross income.

My current take home varies from 47 to 37% of gross income. How is that even appropriate?
