It is an attempt by a for-profit company (HMRC Ltd) to coerce the British people into paying monies to a disenfranchised government in contravention of Constitutional (Common) Law. On 23rd March 2001 a group of barons invoked Article 61 of Magna Carta as a result of acts of High Treason being committed against sovereign men and women by successive governments. It is the role of government to govern according to the will of the people and as most people have no knowledge of their own constitution they are uninformed of what to do when it oversteps the mark. That government is attempting to control us and acts against our best interests demonstrates clear indications that it out of control. Article 61 makes it our duty to ‘distress’ government until it resumes its rightful role. Find out about Common Law Assent, and do your duty under the constitution. It’s a lot to learn in a short time, but we all need to know our rights under the law of the land.
